 A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to other services

If you cancel less than 24 hours prior or fail to show up at your appointment, your deposit will be kept and you will be charged the difference between your deposit and 25% of service price for canceling with less than 24 hours notice and 50% if you fail to show up at your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. A late fee may also apply.

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, Cashapp and Paypal. Checks are not accepted.

 No-shows may be charged a fee or lose their deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

Clients are encouraged to follow a regular maintenance schedule to ensure the health and longevity of their Sisterlocks. Missed maintenance appointments may require a longer session or additional fees.

Children or additional guests are not allowed unless they are receiving services. This policy ensures a quiet and focused environment.

Our stylists will provide personalized recommendations and guidance on hair preparation to ensure optimal results for your style. During your consultation or appointment, they will advise you on the best practices and products to use for your hair type, helping you achieve and maintain your desired look.

Services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, the salon will work with you to address your concerns.
